Can I sign up for PeakHouse if I don't know anyone else on the trip?

YES! PeakHouse is the perfect environment to make new ski friends of similar ability levels.

Several of our PeakHouse 2024 participants are still in contact with one another.

If you would like intros to others on the trip before your start date, we are happy to coordinate the details.

Will the PeakRankings team be your personal mountain guide on a PeakHouse trip?

While we can provide curated guidance around where to go on the mountain and certain activities—and we are happy to ski or ride with you—we are not able to give physical on-mountain ski resort tours.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel, we can provide a refund only in the event we are able to find a person to take your spot on the trip.

If you have volunteered to drive, your replacement trip-goer must also be a driver.

For most domestic trips, we expect this to be possible within 60-90 days of the trip; however, we cannot guarantee this.
